While it is easy to assume Maxwell Coffee Loving Bear is associated directly with Maxwell House Coffee we can find no documented connection in our research. We dont believe the name was an accident either so you can decide for yourselfs. We decided that a period 1950s Maxwell house commercial was too precious to not use in the movie.
As far as entertainment value this bear does his share. He pours coffee from his perculator coffee pot into the cup as smoke emits from the pot. He then raises the fresh cup of scorching hot coffee and gulps it down in one drink. Needing more of this wonderful drink he immediatly pours another cup of joe to satisfy this thirst.
